A thief haunted by a mysterious figure known as the Blowtorch Man desperately tries to piece together his memories of Maya, a woman from his past. Through a trail of Polaroid photos, he uncovers a horrific truth: during a robbery gone wrong, he betrayed Maya to save himself, suppressing the memory and manifesting his guilt as the Blowtorch Man.
